PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

The Production Director oversees the production team (audio, video, lighting, and computer graphics) at Mercy Road Church – Northwest. This person is also a part of the Mercy Road Staff Location Team that oversees the worship services and guest experiences.

MERCY KIDS DIRECTOR/PASTOR

The Mercy Kids Director/Pastor at Mercy Road Northwest is the primary leader of Kids Ministry environments (birth through 5th grade) at Mercy Road Northwest. This full-time role provides overall vision, leadership, and pastoral oversight to create excellent, safe,and spiritually impactful weekend and event environments for kids and families. The Director/Pastor will lead, equip, and inspire volunteer teams, partner with parents, and ensure alignment with the overall vision of Mercy Kids across all campuses. 

This position will champion the discipleship of kids, empower volunteers for ministry, and create a culture of joy, excellence, and inclusivity - including ensuring accessibility for children with disabilities and additional needs. The Mercy Kids Director/Pastor reports to the NextGen Pastor at Mercy Road Carmel and collaborates closely with the NextGen team at Mercy Road Carmel.
